About Xiangming Ka

Xiangming Ka is a Graphics Technical Artist at Bungie, specializing in real-time rendering, shading, and VFX. He has contributed to Destiny 2: Lightfall, Destiny 2: The Final Shape, Marathon, and unannounced projects, developing advanced rendering features, optimizing graphics performance, and creating tools to streamline artist workflows.
Previously, as a Technical Artist Intern at Unity Technologies, he enhanced Shader Graph systems, implemented high-performance rendering features for HDRP/URP, and optimized shaders for VR/AR platforms.

Xiangming’s expertise spans C++, C#, HLSL, Vulkan, and major engines including Unity and Unreal, complemented by proficiency with Maya, Blender, Substance Designer/Painter, and Houdini.
